— Out for a Wal-Mart commercial shoot and to dinner with sister Brandi, Miley Cyrus debuted a new look in candid photographs. The singer/actress, whose “Party in the U.S.A.” jumped to number two on the Billboard Hot 100 after her risque Teen Choice Awards performance, showed off a darker, more mature makeup look that was somewhat out of the Megan Fox playbook.
She also performed on NBC with a more conservative look.
