Report: KATSEYE’s “WILD” Debuts At #1 In United States With 147K Sales, 173K Total Units

The “WILD” EP earns #1 on this week’s US album charts.

With numbers that slightly top the already-lofty midweek forecasts, KATSEYE’s “WILD” EP debuts as an impressive #1 in the United States.

According to Hits Daily Double, the EP sold just over 147K US copies during the August 14-20 tracking period. With units from track sales and streams included, it generated 173K in total first-week consumption.

Both figures convincingly rank as the week’s best. The former will yield a #1 start on the Billboard Top Album Sales Chart, while the latter will produce a debut atop the Billboard 200.

Billboard’s own numbers may differ slightly from those reported by Hits, but the differences will not be significant enough to affect chart placement. KATSEYE’s release will debut at #1.
