Yellowcard’s “Better Days” Officially Reaches #1 At Alternative Radio

“Better Days” becomes the band’s first #1.

Veteran modern rock band Yellowcard has scored its first career alternative radio #1.

The band’s “Better Days” rises two spots to the top of this week’s Mediabase alternative chart, courtesy of the ~2,148 spins it received during the August 17-23 tracking period. The count tops last week’s mark by 173.

Green Day’s “One Eyed Bastard” drops a level to #2, as Foo Fighters’ “Today’s Song” improves by two places to #3.

Turnstile’s “Never Enough” concurrently slides two levels to #4. Role Model’s “Sally When The Wine Runs Out” meanwhile enjoys a two-place lift to #5.
