Jason Aldean’s “Try That In A Small Town” Officially Secures #1 On Country Radio Chart

“Try That In A Small Town” rises to #1 on this week’s listing.

Country radio has a new #1 this week, and it comes from Jason Aldean.

The artist’s “Try That In A Small Town,” which notably hit #1 on the all-encompassing Billboard Hot 100 earlier this year, ascends to #1 on the latest Mediabase country radio singles chart.

The song, which was #3 last week, seizes the throne from Lainey Wilson’s “Watermelon Moonshine.”

In addition to ruling for chart points, “Try That In A Small Town” ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most played and heard song for the October 15-21 tracking period. It received ~9,126 spins (+887) and ~39.42 million audience impressions.

Morgan Wallen’s “Thinkin’ Bout Me” holds at #2, while Russell Dickerson’s “God Gave Me A Girl” rises one place to #3. Dustin Lynch’s “Stars Like Confetti” rises one spot to #4, and the aforementioned “Watermelon Moonshine” settles for #5.
