Report: TWICE’s “Taste Of Love” Wins US Album Sales Races, Debuts In Top 10 For Overall Units

“Taste Of Love” won this week’s US album sales race.

TWICE’s “Taste Of Love” ranked as America’s best-selling album for the June 11-17 tracking period.

According to Hits Daily Double, the album sold 43.63K US copies during the tracking period. The figure convincingly ranks as the week’s best sales figure; Mammoth WVH’s “Mammoth WVH,” the week’s next-best performer, sold 32.99K.

With units from track sales and streams included, “Taste Of Love” generated 47.67K total US units during its first week of release. The figure slots the mini-album at #6 on the Hits Top 50 chart.

Hits gives the #5 position to Morgan Wallen’s “Dangerous: The Double Album,” citing a narrowly better consumption total of 47.72K units. As Billboard’s data can differ slightly from Hits, it is still possible the publication will have “Taste” at #5 and “Dangerous” at #6 on its final Billboard 200 chart (granted, Billboard’s data could just as easily show a wider lead for “Dangerous” — there is really no way to predict).

Either way, “Taste Of Love” debuts as the week’s #1 seller — and a Top 10 overall performer.
