Billboard Hot 100: Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved” Becomes #1 Song In America

“Someone You Loved” tops this week’s Hot 100.

Lewis Capaldi’s global breakthrough “Someone You Loved” this week becomes the #1 song in America.

The song rises to #1 on this week’s edition of the all-genre Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming Capaldi’s first chart-topper in the US.

Powered by big radio, sales and streaming activity, it dethrones Lizzo’s “Truth Hurts.” The Lizzo smash, which spent seven non-consecutive weeks at #1, falls to #2 this week.

Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello’s “Señorita” slides one place to #3, while Post Malone’s “Circles” and Chris Brown’s “No Guidance (featuring Drake)” hold at #4 and #5, respectively.
