Niall Horan’s “Nice To Meet Ya” Scored Thursday Night Airplay In San Francisco, Seattle, More

Radio is showing early interest in “Nice To Meet Ya.”

Niall Horan’s “Nice To Meet Ya” was formally issued to mainstream US radio at 9PM PT Thursday night, and a few west coast stations provided immediate airplay.

According to Mediabase, San Francisco’s WiLD 94.9, Seattle’s 106.1 KISS, Tucson’s 93.7 KRQ and San Diego’s Channel 93.3 each played the song 3 times Thursday night.

Those stations — and many more across the entire US — are expected to provide heavy support throughout Friday. Numerous stations are set to provide hourly airplay for the duration of release day.

“Nice To Meet Ya” jumpstarts a new album era for Horan, whose debut solo album “Flicker” reached platinum in the United States. Said album yielded multiple successful singles, including the #1 pop radio hit “Slow Hands.”
