Post Malone’s “Hollywood’s Bleeding” Dominates US Sales Race, Debuts At #1

“Hollywood’s Bleeding” ranks as the week’s top album.

Post Malone’s third studio album “Hollywood’s Bleeding” convincingly won this week’s US album sales and consumption races.

According to Hits Daily Double, it sold 210K pure US copies during the September 6-12 tracking period. With units from track sales and streams included, the album generated 493K in total first-week consumption.

Both career highs for Post, the figures easily rank as the week’s best marks. And their margins of victory are so high that there is no risk of Billboard, which may have slightly different numbers than Hits, not also crowning “Hollywood’s Bleeding” the week’s #1 album.

Taylor Swift’s “Lover,” the #2 album in both columns, sold another 38K pure copies and generated 102K total units this week.
