“Hot Girl Summer” makes big moves at its two core radio formats.

Megan Thee Stallion’s “Hot Girl Summer (featuring Nicki Minaj & Ty Dolla $ign)” officially enters the Top 10 on this week’s Mediabase rhythmic and urban radio charts.

Up three places, “Hot Girl Summer” earns #8 on this week’s rhythmic listing. It received 3,590 rhythmic spins during the September 1-7 tracking period, besting last week’s mark by a healthy 632. The increase ranks as the week’s greatest airplay gain.

“Hot Girl Summer” concurrently rises two spots to #10 on the urban chart. The collaboration received 3,245 spins during the tracking week (+406).

— “Hot Girl Summer” is the only new addition to the Top 10 at rhythmic radio. It is one of two new Top 10 joiners at urban; Wale’s “On Chill” rises two spots to #9 on that format’s chart.
