Taylor Swift’s “Lover” Receives Upgraded US Sales & Consumption Projections

New projections have arrived for Taylor Swift’s “Lover.”

As of Saturday, Taylor Swift’s “Lover” was projected to sell 600-675K pure US copies and amass 725-825K in total first-week consumption units.

Its projections have since been upgraded.

According to Hits Daily Double, the album is now on track to debut with 650-700K in pure US sales. With units from track sales and streams included, it may generate 775-850K in first-week consumption.

Both opening week figures would mark the best posted by an album in 2019. They would also position “Lover” as a dominant #1 on this week’s sales and consumption charts.

With over 500K pure US sales in the bank, “Lover” already ranks as the best-selling album year-to-date.
