Demi Lovato’s “Body Say,” “Sober” Score Gold Certifications In United States

Demi Lovato adds two gold awards to her collection.

Two Demi Lovato singles recently crossed the gold threshold in the United States.

According to the RIAA, “Body Say” and “Sober” attained gold standing on August 21, 2019. A gold certification signifies 500,000 in US units, with each unit equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

Lovato released both tracks as one-offs. “Body Say” arrived in 2016 between her “Confident” and “Tell Me You Love Me” albums. It peaked at #84 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Lovato meanwhile released the #47-peaking “Sober” in 2018, following the aforementioned “Tell Me You Love Me” campaign.
