Late last year, dancer Jade Chynoweth accompanied Halsey for a performance on NBC’s “The Voice” finale.
Wednesday, the two entertainers reunited for a performance at the Billboard Music Awards.
Given Chynoweth’s immense dance talent and Halsey’s unique flair for bringing her music to life on stage, the performance predictably resonated with viewers.
On the heels of the performance, Chynoweth shared an emotional Instagram post thanking Halsey, her dance collaborators, and Billboard for the opportunity. She also thanked God for the life she is able to lead.
“Wow. I literally cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have right now,” wrote the popular dancer. “The tears have been streaming. Thank you @iamhalsey for trusting me, pushing me, and believing in me. Being able to tell such an intimate, real, and important story to such a big live audience as well as the world on national tv has left me so humbled. Thank you God for this life I live, for these opportunities to share my passion, and for all of the people in my life. Thank you @janelleginestra …you already know how I feel about you. Thank you to everyone involved @danivitale . My heart is beyond warm!
