Taylor Swift & Brendon Urie’s “ME!” Will Receive Big Opening Day Radio Airplay

“ME!” will receive airplay every hour – if not more frequently – from dozens of stations.

In the definition of an unsurprising development, Taylor Swift’s new single “ME! (featuring Brendon Urie)” is set to receive mammoth opening day support at pop radio.

The new single, which formally launches at midnight late Thursday/early Friday, will receive hourly airplay from numerous pop and hot adult contemporary radio stations. Some may even play the song more frequently than once an hour.

Several stations explicitly Tweeted plans for the “every hour” support; many more will follow suit despite their lack of a social media announcement.

The opening day support is hardly surprising. Powered by a similar caliber of support, previous lead single “Look What You Made Me Do” had received nearly 3000 pop spins and 1000 hot adult contemporary spins by the end of its first day.
