For the third time in less than 24 hours, a new song has reached #1 on the US iTunes sales chart.

BLACKPINK’s “Kill This Love” hit #1 Thursday evening. Jonas Brothers’ “Cool” subsequently hit #1 Friday morning.

Friday afternoon, another new track moved into the pinnacle position: Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road (featuring Billy Ray Cyrus).”

The track is a remix of Lil Nas X’s viral sensation “Old Town Road,” which currently sits at #3 on the chart. It has been generating a considerable amount of buzz since its launch late Thursday/early Friday.
