Benny Blanco, Halsey & Khalid’s “Eastside” Officially Claims #1 At Hot Adult Contemporary Radio

“Eastside” reaches #1 on this week’s Hot AC chart.

Making good on Headline Planet’s projection, Benny Blanco, Halsey & Khalid’s “Eastside” reaches #1 on this week’s Mediabase hot adult contemporary radio chart.

The song, which was #4 last week, seizes the throne from Dean Lewis’ “Be Alright.”

“Eastside” received ~6,134 spins during the March 24-30 tracking period. The format-leading count tops last week’s mark by 252.

“Eastside” becomes Khalid’s first career Hot AC #1, while marking Blanco’s first as a credited performer. It is the third Hot AC chart-topper for Halsey, who previously ruled with “Closer” and “Without Me.”

The song, moreover, officially ranks as a multi-format #1. It enjoyed a stint atop the pop radio chart earlier this year.

The aforementioned “Be Alright” slips to #2 with ~6,028 spins (-229). Halsey’s own “Without Me” concurrently drops one place to #3 with ~6,026 spins (-208).

Panic! At The Disco’s “High Hopes” drops one place to #4, and Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper’s “Shallow” spends another week at #5.
