Ratings: “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists” Suffers Big Loss In Week Two

The “PLL” spin-off is not connecting with live TV viewers.

Last week’s series premiere of “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists” posted disappointing live+same-day ratings.

This week’s follow-up episode delivered even weaker numbers.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s episode drew a mere 0.09 adults 18-49 rating. It averaged 0.24 million overall viewers.

Last week’s series premiere delivered a 0.18 demo rating and 0.44 million in overall viewership. As the premiere numbers were already underwhelming, this week’s performance paints a particularly negative portrait regarding live+same-day interest.

This week’s numbers trail anything ever delivered by fellow Freeform series like “Siren,” “Cloak & Dagger,” “Good Trouble,” and “Shadowhunters.” They are not even in the same ballpark as those routinely delivered by the original “Pretty Little Liars,” which never went below a 0.40 in the demo or 0.83 million in overall viewership.

While “The Perfectionists” will receive a big uptick from DVR, on demand and streaming viewership, the light live+same-day interest is definitely noteworthy.
