“7 Rings” Becomes Ariana Grande’s 7th #1 Hit At Pop Radio

“7 rings” improves to #1 on this week’s pop radio airplay chart.

Ariana Grande’s “7 rings” rises to #1 on this week’s edition of the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

Up two places from last week’s position, “7 rings” seizes the throne from Benny Blanco, Halsey & Khalid’s “Eastside.”

“7 rings” received a format-leading ~17,532 spins during the March 3-9 tracking period. The format-leading count tops last week’s mark by 1,046 plays.

The multi-format hit becomes Grande’s seventh career pop radio #1. She previously ruled the Mediabase chart with “Problem,” “Bang Bang,” “Side To Side,” “no tears left to cry,” “God is a woman,” and “thank u, next.”

(“7 rings” is meanwhile expected to soon become Grande’s sixth number one on Billboard’s Pop Songs chart; “Bang Bang” did not reach #1 on that listing)

Halsey’s “Without Me” holds at #2 with ~17,472 spins (-522), while the aforementioned “Eastside” falls to #3 with ~17,008 plays (-1,053).

Grande’s “thank u, next” holds at #4, and Panic! At The Disco’s “High Hopes” spends another week at #5.
