Shin Lim Named Winner Of “America’s Got Talent: The Champions,” Darci Lynne Takes Second Place

Shin Lim won NBC’s special “AGT: The Champions” competition.

Close-up magician Shin Lim won this past summer’s edition of “America’s Got Talent.” Ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer won the previous year’s competition.

Both acts participated in the special “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” competition — and both fared well.

Lim won the global talent competition, while Farmer took second place.

The voting results were revealed during Monday’s two-hour results show. The results show also confirmed sand artist Kseniya Simonova as the third-place finisher and singer Cristina Ramos as the fourth-place finisher. Comedian Preacher Lawson earned fifth place.

Other finalists included Susan Boyle, Paul Potts, Angelica Hale, Jon Dorenbos, Brian Justin Crum, Kechi Okwuchi, and Deadly Games.

“AGT” returns for its fourteenth regular season this May.
