The fifth and final preliminary “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” episode aired Monday night.
By its conclusion, it had produced the last two finalists.
The recipient of host Terry Crews’ “Golden Buzzer,” Kseniya Simonova automatically earned a spot in the finals. Reigning “AGT” winner Shin Lim meanwhile advanced on the strength of the vote.
Attraction (second place) and Sons of Serendip (third place) joined Lim in the Top 3 but ultimately did not score tickets to the finals.
Monday’s episode also featured Jackie Evancho, Colin Cloud, Lost Voice Guy, Sal Valentinetti, Tokio Myers and Cosentino.
Simonova and Lim join a group of finalists that also includes Susan Boyle, Preacher Lawson, Deadly Games, Cristina Ramos, Angelica Hale, Paul Potts, Kechi Okwuchi and Brian Justin Crum.
The finals begin next week.
