Ariana Grande’s “7 rings” Erupts As Pop Radio’s Most Added Song

Ariana Grande’s new single convincingly tops this week’s add board.

In one of the most obvious situations one will find at pop radio, Ariana Grande’s “7 rings” received a warm impact week welcome at the format.

Picked up by a whopping 143 Mediabase-monitored pop stations this week, “7 rings” easily ranks as the format’s most added song.

The early support will help “7 rings” furiously climb the airplay chart. As it stands, the song already occupies a Top 30 position at the format.

Gesaffelstein & The Weeknd’s “Lost In The Fire,” last week’s add leader, takes second place this week. The collaboration landed at another 42 stations.

NF’s “If You Want Love” and Sam Smith & Normani’s “Dancing With A Stranger” tie for third; each song landed at 33 stations.

Post Malone’s “Wow.” follows in fifth with 26 pickups.

This week’s other notable pop radio options: Sabrina Carpenter’s “Sue Me” (17 adds, 6th-most), LIVVIA’s “Damn” (16 adds, 7th-most, tie), Calvin Harris & Rag’n’Bone Man’s “Giant” (16 adds, 7th-most, tie), Alessia Cara’s “Out Of Love” (14 adds, 9th-most), and Ava Max’s “Sweet But Psycho” (13 adds, 10th-most).
