Report: XXXTentacion’s “SKINS” Wins US Album Sales Race, Will Claim #1 On Billboard 200

“SKINS” becomes the late hip-hop artist’s second #1.

XXXTentacion’s “SKINS” predictably won this week’s US album sales and consumption races.

According to Hits Daily Double and BuzzAngle, the late artist’s new album sold about 55K pure US copies during the December 7-13 tracking period. With units from track sales and streams included, it generated about 141K in first-week consumption.

Due Sunday, Billboard’s more authoritative data may differ slightly from that reported by Hits. The discrepancies will not, however, impact the overall outcome.

The pure sales figure will earn “SKINS” #1 on the Billboard Top Album Sales chart, while the consumption tally will be enough for #1 on the Billboard 200.

“SKINS” will follow “?” as XXXTentacion’s second #1 on the Billboard 200. It will be his first album to lead the Top Album Sales chart.
