The single attained double platinum status on November 21, 2018. The award confirms 2 million in US units, with each unit equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.
Interestingly enough, “Photograph” is the first Nickelback single to formally attain double-platinum status in the United States.
Released as the lead single from the band’s diamond-certified album “All The Right Reasons,” “Photograph” reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100. It hit #1 at multiple radio formats, including pop and hot adult contemporary.
