“thank u, next” continues to grow on Spotify.

Music fans are most certainly not moving on from Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next.”

The song enjoyed another gain on Spotify Wednesday, continuing the streak that began with its Saturday night launch.

According to Spotify Charts, “thank u, next” generated 9.01 million global streams Wednesday. The figure ranked as the day’s biggest total by nearly 4 million.

It also breaks the song’s own record for most single-day streams for a song by a female artist.

“thank u, next” first appeared on the Global Spotify chart for Sunday, November 4. It generated 6.14 million streams that day, which represented its first full day in the market.

The figure improved to 8.19 million November 5. At the time, the figure ranked as the female streaming record.

“thank u, next” broke its own record with 8.57 million streams on November 6, before setting another new record on the 7th.

Not simply a strong streaming performer, “thank u, next” also ranks as a dominant #1 on the US iTunes song sales chart.
