Ariana Grande’s “God is a woman” Officially Reaches #1 At Pop Radio

“God is a woman” becomes Ariana Grande’s fifth #1 at the format.

Ariana Grande’s “God is a woman” officially rises to #1 on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

The song, which was a close #2 last week, seizes the throne from 5 Seconds Of Summer’s multi-week leader “Youngblood.”

“God is a woman” received ~16,510 spins during the October 28-November 3 tracking period. The count tops last week’s mark by 574 spins.

“God is a woman” becomes Grande’s fifth #1 on the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart. She previously ruled with “Problem (featuring Iggy Azalea),” “Bang Bang (with Jessie J & Nicki Minaj),”** “Side To Side (with Nicki Minaj),” and “No Tears Left To Cry.”

The aforementioned “Youngblood” falls to #2 with ~16,154 spins (-50).

Khalid x Normani’s “Love Lies” holds at #3 with ~14,675 plays (-273), while a spin count of ~14,387 (+1,614) lifts Marshmello & Bastille’s “Happier” two places to #4.

Down one place, Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You (featuring Cardi B)” takes #5 with ~13,990 spins (-611).

**Editor’s Note: “Bang Bang” hit #1 on the Mediabase pop radio chart but did not top Billboard’s corresponding “Pop Songs” listing. The other three songs reached the pinnacle of both charts.
