Maddie Ziegler joined Alexis and Alan for Monday’s “Trio” Dance.

Monday’s edition of “Dancing With The Stars” adhered to a “Trio Night” theme. The remaining couples joined forces with a past contestant or other celebrity for a three-person dance.
For Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten, the theme provided the opportunity to dance with Maddie Ziegler.
The trio fittingly danced to Sia’s “Move Your Body.” Ziegler, who rose to fame on “Dance Moms,” gained additional, worldwide recognition by appearing in several Sia music videos (and occasionally accompanying the Australian singer-songwriter for live performances).
While the trio did not post the night’s best score, it fared well enough to earn a trip to the next round.
Following the event, ABC shared photos from the performance. It also shared some off-stage shots. Ren and Ziegler are notably wearing mirror-image magenta dresses.
