Luke Bryan’s “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset” Reaches #1 At Country Radio

The country superstar scores another #1.

Luke Bryan’s “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset” moves up to #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

The song, which was #2 last week, seizes the throne from Thomas Rhett’s “Life Changes.”

Not simply the leader in Mediabase chart points, “Sunrise” ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most played and heard song for the September 2-8 tracking period. It received ~8,954 spins (+537) and ~56.044 million audience impressions.

“Sunrise” becomes Bryan’s eighteenth consecutive official single to reach #1. His streak of chart-toppers dates back to 2011’s “I Don’t Want This Night To End.”

Up two places, Old Dominion’s “Hotel Key” moves into the #2 position. The aforementioned “Life Changes” falls two places to #3, while Dylan Scott’s “Hooked” climbs one spot to #4.

A two-place gain brings Russell Dickerson’s “Blue Tacoma” to #5.
