Twenty One Pilots’ “Jumpsuit” Officially Reaches #1 At Alternative Radio

“Jumpsuit” rises to #1 on the Mediabase alternative radio chart.

Making good on Headline Planet’s projection, twenty one pilots’ “Jumpsuit” earns #1 on this week’s Mediabase alternative radio chart.

The song, which was #2 last week, seizes the throne from Weezer’s “Africa.”

“Jumpsuit” received ~3,609 spins during the August 19-25 tracking period, besting last week’s count by 70 spins.

While “Jumpsuit” had previously reached #1 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart, this week marks its first appearance atop the more-important Mediabase chart.

Up one place, Imagine Dragons’ “Natural” takes #2 with ~3,423 spins (+355).

The aforementioned “Africa” falls to #3 after three weeks at #1. It received ~3,403 spins (-173). AJR’s “Burn The House Down” stays at #4 with ~2,843 spins (+128), while Lovelytheband’s “Broken” keeps the #5 position with ~2,505 (-19).
