Jake Owen’s “Down To The Honkytonk” Ranks As Country Radio’s Most Added Song

“Down To The Honkytonk” earns the top spot on this week’s country radio add board.

The follow-up to Jake Owen’s “I Was Jack (You Were Diane)” continues to meet the embrace of country radio.

Picked up by another 54 Mediabase-monitored country stations, Owen’s “Down To The Honkytonk” ranks as the format’s most added song.

Runaway June’s “Buy My Own Drinks” follows in second place. The song landed at 26 stations this week.

Jon Pardi’s “Night Shift” follows in third with 16 new adds, while a count of 15 slots Blake Shelton’s “Turnin’ Me On” in fourth.

Chase Rice’s “Eyes On You,” which won support from 13 new stations, ranks as fifth-most added.

This week’s other notable country radio options: Cody Johnson’s “On My Way To You” (11 adds, 6th-most), Chris Young’s “Hangin’ On” (10 adds, 7th-most), Dan + Shay’s “Speechless” (9 adds, 8th-most, tie), Dierks Bentley’s “Burning Man (featuring Brothers Osborne)” (9 adds, 8th-most, tie), and Riley Green’s “There Was This Girl” (9 adds, 8th-most, tie).
