For many pop stations, the decision to confirm support for the new DJ Khaled single was a no brainer.
“No Brainer,” which features Justin Bieber, Chance The Rapper & Quavo, landed at 148 Mediabase-monitored pop stations in conjunction with this week’s official impact. It ranks as the week’s most added song.
Granted, it was not the only song to receive a warm welcome. The Chainsmokers’ new “Side Effects (featuring Emily Warren),” which takes second place on the add board, landed at 81 stations.
Zedd & Elley Duhe’s “Happy Now” follows in third place with 35 pickups, while an add count of 32 slots Ariana Grande’s “God is a woman” in fourth.
Drake’s “In My Feelings,” which won support from another 26 stations, follows as fifth-most added.
This week’s other notable pop radio options: Benny Blanco, Halsey & Khalid’s “Eastside” (22 adds, 6th-most), Charlie Puth’s “The Way I Am” (19 adds, 7th-most), Childish Gambino’s “Summertime Magic” (19 adds, 7th-most), Imagine Dragons’ “Natural” (18 adds, 9th-most), and Juice WRLD’s “Lucid Dreams” (16 adds, 10th-most).
