Chance The Rapper’s “I Might Need Security” Debuts On Billboard Hot 100

“65th & Ingleside” and “Work Out” meanwhile debut on the Bubbling Under Hot 100.

On July 19, Chance The Rapper released four new songs.

One of those songs debuts on this week’s edition of the Billboard Hot 100. Two meanwhile debut on the Bubbling Under Hot 100.

“I Might Need Security,” the top performer, starts at #60 on this week’s Hot 100. The Hot 100 ranks songs based on combined activity from sales, streams and radio airplay.

As a Chance The Rapper song that did not formally launch at radio, “I Might Need Security” obviously generated its points on the streaming front.

“65th & Ingleside” and “Work Out” concurrently debut at #17 and #19 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100, respectively. The chart ranks the Top 25 songs that have yet to appear on the actual Hot 100; it uses the same sales-streaming-radio methodology.

“Wala Cam,” the fourth of Chance’s new tracks, does not debut on this week’s charts.
