Update: Wednesday’s “Late Show With Stephen Colbert” may have only featured one interview guest, but it was a rather high-profile one.

It was “Skyscraper” star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

The Rock took part in an extended chat with host Stephen Colbert. Later, Alessia Cara took the stage to perform “Growing Pains.”

“Skyscraper” opens in theaters this Friday, July 13.

To support the release, star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson visits the leading US late-night talk show.

He is the lead (and lone) interview guest on Wednesday’s “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”

Wednesday’s “Late Show” also features a performance by Alessia Cara, who happens to be celebrating her twenty-second birthday.
