Amy Shark’s “I Said Hi” Impacts US Alternative Radio, Also Scores Airplay At Hot Adult Contemporary

“I Said Hi” is receiving airplay at United States radio.

In recent weeks, Amy Shark’s “I Said Hi” has been commanding attention at Triple A radio.

That is not the only format offering support for the single.

“I Said Hi” officially impacted the alternative format this week. Four stations (Alt 105.9 Honolulu, 96.5 The Buzz Kansas City, The X 104.9 Springdale and 94Z Knoxville) officially added the song to their playlists, while several others have already begun to spin the song. MusicChoice’s alternative channel leads the way with 4 plays over the past seven days.

“I Said Hi” is also receiving support from a major market hot adult contemporary station. San Francisco’s Alice@97.3, that station, delivered a healthy 17 spins during the July 3-9 window.

The song, which peaked at #6 in the artist’s native Australia, appears on Amy Shark’s debut album “Love Monster.” The LP arrives this Friday, July 13.
