“Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” Stays #1 At US Box Office; “Sicario,” “Uncle Drew” Debut In Top 5

“Jurassic World” falls 60% but still reigns supreme at the US box office.

“Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” predictably retains its throne at the US weekend box office.

The film will close its second weekend with an estimated $60.0 million in receipts. The tally trails last weekend’s mark by nearly 60% but keeps “Jurassic World” atop the heap.

To date, the film has earned $264.8 million.

“Incredibles 2” holds at #2 on this weekend’s chart. The animated smash earned another $45.5 million, bringing its cumulative haul to $439.7 million.

“Sicario: Day Of The Soldado” debuts at #3 with $19.0 million. “Uncle Drew,” another newcomer, follows at #4 with $15.5 million.

Down two places, “Ocean’s 8” closes the Top 5 with $8.0 million (cume now $114.7 million).

— Limited newcomer “Sanju” takes #8 on this weekend’s chart. The film will earn an estimated $2.6 million from 356 theaters.
