As anticipation builds for the forthcoming “Descendants 3,” news comes regarding a standout song from the second film.
“It’s Goin’ Down,” that song, just received a gold certification from the RIAA.
Issued on May 21, the award confirms 500,000 in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.
“It’s Goin’ Down,” which peaked at #77 on the Billboard Hot 100, features cast members Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Cameron Boyce, Booboo Stewart, China Anne McClain, Mitchell Hope, Thomas Doherty and Dylan Playfair.
The song follows “What’s My Name” and “Ways To Be Wicked” in becoming the third gold-certified song from “Descendants 2.”
