Ratings: “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Station 19” Rise In Demo; “Quantico” Holds Flat

Two of ABC’s three “TGIT” dramas posted gains this week.

Facing the NFL draft, last week’s “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Station 19” posted series low ratings.

This week’s episodes did not face that degree of competition (though they did battle with longer sunlight and warmer weather). They posted gains in the key adults 18-49 demographic.

“Grey’s” also enjoyed a gain in overall viewership.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Thursday’s “Grey’s” drew a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 6.59 million overall viewers.

As they currently stand, the numbers top the 1.5 rating and 6.54 million viewer mark posted by last week’s episode. Since “Grey’s” often adjusts up in the final ratings report, this week’s episode may ultimately end up with a larger margin of increase.

“Grey’s” led into “Station 19,” which drew a 1.1 rating and 5.15 million viewers. Last week’s episode drew a 0.9 and 5.17 million.

“Quantico” closed the night with a soft 0.5 rating and 2.20 million overall viewers. Last week’s third season premiere mustered a 0.5 and 2.66 million.

This week’s “Quantico” viewer mark represents a new series low.
