Song Choices Revealed For April 29 “American Idol,” Top 10 To Perform Disney Songs

The Top 10 will perform songs from “The Lion King,” “The Little Mermaid,” “Moana,” and more.

“American Idol” solidified its Top 10 this past Monday night.

Sunday, those ten contestants will take the stage to continue winning over viewers.

Airing from 8-10PM EDT, the broadcast will adhere to a “Disney Night” theme. Under mentorship from Idina Menzel, each contestant will perform a song from a Disney movie.

The episode will make use of a live vote, and three contestants will be eliminated at the end of the broadcast.

The song choices are as follows:

Ada Vox – “Circle of Life” from “The Lion King”
Cade Foehner – “Kiss the Girl” from “The Little Mermaid”
Caleb Lee Hutchinson – “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” from “Toy Story”
Catie Turner – “Once Upon a Dream” from “Sleeping Beauty”
Dennis Lorenzo – “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” from “The Lion King”
Gabby Barrett – “Colors of the Wind” from “Pocahontas”
Jurnee – “How Far I’ll Go” from “Moana”
Maddie Poppe – “The Bare Necessities” from “The Jungle Book”
Michael J. Woodard – “Beauty and the Beast” from “Beauty and the Beast”
Michelle Sussett – “Remember Me” from “Coco”

Along with those solo performances, the Top 10 will also join Katy Perry for a performance at Disneyland.
