Preliminary Ratings: “Riverdale,” “The Originals” Hold Steady This Week

“Riverdale” and “The Originals” matched last week’s numbers in adults 18-49.

The CW’s Wednesday dramas held steady in the adults 18-49 demographic this week. They meanwhile enjoyed slight episode-to-episode gains in overall viewership.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s “Riverdale” drew a 0.4 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 1.15 million overall viewers. Last week’s episode drew the same 0.4 demo rating but a slightly lesser 1.10 million viewer tally.

“Riverdale” led into “The Originals,” which drew a 0.4 in the demo and 1.04 million in overall viewership. Last week’s season premiere managed a 0.4 rating and 0.97 million viewers.
