Drake’s “God’s Plan” Spends 9th Week As #1 Song At Urban Radio

“God’s Plan” extends its reign as urban radio’s biggest song.

Drake’s “God’s Plan” predictably retains #1 on this week’s Mediabase urban radio airplay chart.

The global smash, which received ~5,905 spins during the April 8-14 tracking period (-334), is celebrating a ninth week in the pinnacle position.

Its closest competition comes from another song involving Drake.

Up one place, BlocBoy JB’s “Look Alive (featuring Drake)” earns #2 on the strength of its ~5,484 spins (+410). “Look Alive” could take over the #1 spot as soon as next week.

Migos’ “Stir Fry” falls one place to #3 on this week’s chart. It received ~4,779 spins (-305).

Rich The Kid’s “New Freezer (featuring Kendrick Lamar)” holds at #4 with ~4,132 spins (+229), while a play count of ~3,496 (+181) lifts DJ Khaled’s “Top Off (featuring Jay Z, Future & B)” one place to #5.
