DJ Khaled and Meghan Trainor both released high-profile new singles this past week.
Neither, however, scores the top debut mark on the Billboard Hot 100.
That honor belongs to XXXTentacion’s “Sad!” Powered by strong first-week streams, the song starts at #17 on this week’s edition of the Hot 100.
The all-genre chart also accounts for sales and radio airplay.
“Sad!” instantly becomes the artist’s highest-charting Hot 100 entry. He hit his previous peak of #31 on two occasions; with his own “Jocelyn Flores” and as a featured artist on Kodak Black’s “Roll In Peace.”
