Greta Van Fleet’s “Safari Song” Reaches #1 At Active Rock Radio

“Safari Song” rises to #1 on this week’s active rock airplay chart.

Greta Van Fleet’s “Safari Song” occupied the #2 position on last week’s Mediabase active rock airplay chart.

This week, it improves to #1.

The song, which received ~1,958 spins during the March 4-10 tracking period (+111), seizes the throne from Papa Roach’s “Born For Greatness.”

“Safari Song” is the second consecutive #1 for Greta Van Fleet. “Highway Tune,” the band’s debut radio single, enjoyed a multi-week stint atop the chart last year.

Up one place, Pop Evil’s “Waking Lions” takes #2 on this week’s chart. It received ~1,879 spins (+48).

The aforementioned “Born For Greatness” falls to #3 with ~1,700 (-160), while a spin count of ~1,530 (+84) keeps Breaking Benjamin’s “Red Cold River” at #4.

Played ~1,501 times during the tracking period (+190), Three Days Grace’s “The Mountain” rises one spot to #5.
