Two major winners were just revealed at the 90th Academy Awards.
The ceremony announced the victors in the Best Lead Actor and Best Lead Actress races.
Gary Oldman, the odds-on betting favorite, won the Actor prize for his work in “Darkest Hour.”
The other Best Actor nominees included Timothee Chalamet, Daniel Day-Lewis, Daniel Kaluuya, and Denzel Washington.
Frances McDormand, the odds-on favorite for Best Actress, predictably took home that trophy for “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.”
The other Best Actress nominees included Saoirse Ronan, Meryl Streep, Margot Robbie, and Sally Hawkins.
