Ratings: “Black Lightning,” “The Flash” Decline This Week

Facing full competition from the other networks, The CW’s Tuesday dramas fellow.

Airing opposite the State of the Union, last week’s “Black Lightning” enjoyed a week-over-week ratings gain.

Airing against typical competition, this week’s episode gave that gain back.

According to national data posted by Showbuzz, Tuesday’s “Black Lightning” drew a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 1.88 million overall viewers.

Last week’s episode drew a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating and 2.21 million in overall viewership.

This week’s “Black Lightning” was the show’s fourth installment.

Lead-in “The Flash” also dropped this week.

This week’s episode posted a 0.8 in the demo and 2.28 million in viewership. The previous “Flash” scored a 0.9 rating and 2.60 million viewers.
