Season Two Of HBO’s “Westworld” Premieres On April 22; Watch The Super Bowl Teaser

Watch the teaser, which aired during Sunday’s Super Bowl.

The first season of HBO’s critically acclaimed “Westworld” concluded in December 2016.

Sunday, we finally learned when season two will commence.

A teaser that aired during Super Bowl LII confirmed an April 22, 2018 season premiere date. The episode will air at 9PM ET/PT.

Shortly after the teaser aired, HBO issued a press release regarding the new season.

The release confirms previously reported news that Katja Herbers, Gustaf Skarsgård and Fares Fares have joined the cast as series regulars.

It also includes the show’s official credit line: “Created for television by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, who are executive producers with J.J. Abrams, Athena Wickham, Roberto Patino, Richard Lewis and Ben Stephenson. Production companies, Kilter Films and Bad Robot Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television; based on the film written by Michael Crichton.”
