As of last week, Sam Hunt’s “Body Like A Back Road” was officially listed as platinum in Australia.
This week, Australia updates the accreditation to 3x platinum.
Indeed, “Body” is now a multi-platinum single in the Land Down Under.
Auspop first reported news of the certification, which confirms 210,000 in Australian units.
“Body Like A Back Road,” which was Sam Hunt’s first song to reach the ARIA Australian Top 50, performed admirably on the chart. It peaked at #9 last year.
The song is also multi-platinum in the United States and Canada.
