Update: Just hours after releasing “Dangerous Night,” Thirty Seconds To Mars performed the new single on a national television show.

The band took the stage on Thursday night’s edition of “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”

The performance closed an episode that also featured Gwyneth Paltrow and Ben McKenzie.

To celebrate (and bring exposure) to the occasion, the band takes the stage on Thursday’s edition of “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”

The performance marks 30STM’s first appearance on Colbert’s “Late Show.”

Taped earlier in the day, Thursday’s “Late Show” also features appearances by Gwyneth Paltrow and Ben McKenzie. The actress and actor appear for interviews.
