The Mediabase hot adult contemporary radio chart of 2018 is lacking in major positional changes.
It does, however, feature new arrivals.
Justin Timberlake’s “Filthy” leads the charge. Despite not launching until the sixth day of the December 31-January 6 tracking period, it received 551 spins. The count earns “Filthy” a #28 debut on this week’s chart.
Bruno Mars’ “Finesse (featuring Cardi B),” which also debuted late in the tracking period (on day five), takes #34 on this week’s chart. It received 315 spins during its abbreviated opening week.
Maroon 5’s new single “Wait,” which was below last week’s chart at #54, enters this one at #35. It posted a tracking period play count of 291, besting last week’s mark by 215.
Up one place, Foster The People’s “Sit Next To Me” joins the chart at #40. It received 236 spins (+61).
