Bebe Rexha & Florida Georgia Line’s “Meant To Be” Debuts At #1 On Hot Country Songs

“Meant To Be” ranks as the hottest country song in America.

Bebe Rexha’s “Meant To Be (featuring Florida Georgia Line)” may not be a new song, but it only this week became eligible to appear on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

It makes a major splash on said chart. The biggest splash a song can make, in fact.

“Meant To Be” debuts at #1 on the listing, which ranks country songs based on combined activity from sales, streams and radio airplay.

“Meant To Be” follows Artists Of Then, Now & Forever’s “Forever Country” and Craig Wayne Boyd’s “My Baby’s Got A Smile On Her Face” in becoming just the third song to debut at #1 on Hot Country Songs.

In conjunction with its debut atop the Hot Country Songs chart, “Meant To Be” earns #1 on Country Digital Song Sales and Country Streaming Songs. It is #48 on Country Airplay.

LANco’s “Greatest Love Story,” which topped last week’s Hot Country Songs chart, falls to #2 this week. Kane Brown’s “What Ifs (featuring Lauren Alaina)” holds at #3, while Luke Combs’ “When It Rains It Pours” falls two spots to #4. Sam Hunt’s “Body Like A Back Road” spends another week at #5.

Garth Brooks’ “Ask Me How I Know,” the new #1 on Country Airplay, holds at #13 on Hot Country.
