Ed Sheeran’s “Castle On The Hill” Reaches 3x Platinum In UK; Clean Bandit, Drake, Vance Joy songs Hit 2X

“Castle On The Hill,” “Symphony,” “Too Good,” and “Riptide” all received new UK single certifications this week.

This week’s BPI certification rundown brought some very good news for Ed Sheeran, Clean Bandit, Drake and Vance Joy.

All four acts received new multi-platinum song certifications.

Sheeran received a triple platinum certification for his “Castle On The Hill.” The award confirms 1.8 million in UK units.

Clean Bandit’s “Symphony (featuring Zara Larsson),” Drake’s “Too Good (featuring Rihanna),” and Vance Joy’s “Riptide” each earned new double platinum certifications in the United Kingdom this week.

A double platinum honor formally signifies 1.2 million in UK units.
