Ratings: Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Falls From Last Year, Still Wins Timeslot

The 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show trailed 2016 in adults 18-49 and overall viewership.

CBS’ broadcast of the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show won the 10PM hour in the key adults 18-49 demographic.

Its performance, however, markedly trailed that of last year’s special.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Tuesday’s VSFS broadcast drew a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 4.98 million overall viewers.

The 2016 show posted a 2.1 in the demo and 6.67 million in overall viewership.

With a 2.3 in the demo and 6.60 million in viewership, the 2015 edition performed similarly to the 2016 show.

The 2014 edition, however, drew a considerably stronger 3.4 rating and 9.29 million viewership tally.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has clearly fallen from ratings grace, but it remains a solid draw by conventional TV standards. As noted, Tuesday’s broadcast was the 10PM hour’s top network show in adults 18-49.

CBS led into the event with a re-run of “NCIS.” It drew a 1.0 rating and 7.76 million viewers.

Earlier in the night, CBS aired “Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer” to a 1.8 rating and 8.02 million.
