Ratings: “American Horror Story: Cult” Rises For Finale

The finale of “AHS: Cult” enjoyed a week-over-week audience gain.

While its live+same-day marks were low in comparison to past finales, the conclusion of “American Horror Story: Cult” did outperform the previous episode.

According to data posted by Showbuzz, Tuesday’s “AHS: Cult” closer drew a 1.01 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 1.97 million overall viewers.

The numbers top the 0.83 rating and 1.82 million mark drawn by last week’s episode.

From a live+same-day standpoint, the “AHS: Cult” finale was Tuesday’s #4 cable original in adults 18-49. It trailed ESPN’s College Football Playoffs Rankings show and two NCAA basketball games.

— Live+same-day numbers for “AHS: Cult” were down from the previous season (which was, itself, down from the past several seasons), but they remain strong by cable TV standards.

“AHS” also remains a popular attraction for time-delayed and multi-platform viewers.
